IMPORTANT NOTICE - SCAM ALERT

Protecting your information is our priority!

We want to make you aware of a jury duty scam targeting Lindell Bank customers. Scammers are contacting individuals via phone calls, threatening legal action with a fake court order being sent through text.

Upon contact, the scammer claims that you missed jury duty and provides a falsified employee number, case number, and FBI number. After verifying your contact information, the scammer then texts a fake court order that looks legitimate. The caller uses scare tactics and urgent demands to pressure you to give them your account information and to send payment.

Remember: Courts and law enforcement agencies will not demand payment over the phone or by text.

If you receive a suspicious call or text, hang up immediately, do not click on links, and contact your local branch immediately.
